Office Depot - Print & Copy Services

Very poor customer service. Rarely ever any customers in the store and it still takes 30 minutes for an employee to assist you with orders. This has been a repeated issue.

I had went to Office Depot to look at my computer that wouldn’t work. A tech. By the name of Allen had looked at it and told me how to get the part I needed and fixed my computer with out spending a ton of money. I would definitely go back for any other computer problems.

Clean and uncluttered. Not a huge amount of people shopping in the store made my shopping experience easier to maintain safe distances.

All of the previous interactions I have had with employees at this particular location over 10 years have all been polite, professional and courteous but today when I called I Spoke with (3) different employees to get (1) question answered which they failed miserably at doing; the last one being an employee named Vanessa who was as unprofessional as one can be, was extremely rude and raised her voice over the phone. I filed an official complaint with the Corporate office and absolutely will not use this store again. I have never dealt with such blatant discourtesy at this store until today; Also called the Acct Rep to let him know as well and that I was at the point of canceling our account all together. He convinced me to try the Evans or North Augusta store before cancelling our account. I suggest the Hiring Manager better screen/vet your potential hires and check references and backgrounds before employing such vile mannered people because at the end of the day they can cost you clients and potential future business as she has done. I will also inform all of my business contacts as well.

Great service! Hands down the best customer service we have had in so long! Recently my fiancé and I started selling on ebay, and we were a bit confused by a couple of shipping issues. Several employees went out of their way to help us, Thomas in particular. He spent at least 30 minutes going out of his way to help me through the issues I was having, and didn't give up or stop until my issues were resolved and my packages were ready to ship! The cashier was also super helpful, friendly, and efficient, as well as a polite worker in another dept. who provided a phone charger because we took so long our phone was dying. Tbe whole staff was just really impressive, going above and beyond! Hard to find such amazing service amongst such a large part of the staff at any business, but this location really stood out and impressed us!
