        I had a wonderful experience at your UPS store on Peachtree St., Northeast in Atlanta, Georgia on February 23rd, 2024, at 6:30 PM. As a first-time shipper, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed, but the employee I encountered was incredibly helpful and patient. They guided me through the entire process step-by-step, from choosing the right box and packaging materials to filling out the shipping information and making the payment. Their assistance made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile and ensure I felt comfortable and confident about my shipment.         the damaged the box, and took no responsibility for what they did. we showed pictures and everything, and they acknowledged that it was damaged in the delivery. the sender asked for and paid for a signature and when it was delivered I had to ask them don't I have to sign for this. Really bad this year
