Okay well first of all the customer service was excellent there's no doubt about that the location was in a perfect location so you know how it is location location location however the equipment was less than ok.... The inside was dirty there was dirt everywhere looked like it went through a storm dust and I'm not talking to inside of it where the furniture goes I'm talking about in the cab there was a bottle of water there it didn't look like it was clean in weeks that was the only horrible part about the experience but the customer service was extra special the gentleman at the front desk was very knowledgeable was very friendly was very on point and he took care of me and timely manner and showed me to my equipment and the process from payment pick up and return was such an easy process thank you so much for your customer service but please get those trucks cleaned specifically in the cad

This location is beyond terrible. The Customer service is abysmal at best. They staff is far from friendly. The manager assaults customers with tasers and has the worst professionalism. She scams customers for money and lies to them and probably her higher up so she can keep her job. This whole staff needs training on professionalism and this location will absolutely be the reason that I wont be returning to U-Haul as a customer. FIRE THE MANAGER AND STAFF.

The people working this location make it excellent. Both the woman renting the equipment and the man checking it back in were nice to work with. They were professional, happy, and efficient.

This was a very poor experience from the beginning.
- Did not have the truck that we reserved
- Truck was not clean
- headlight not working
- check engine light on
- No ramp on the truck
Apparently, The agent on site did not have the ability to adjust pricing or discount the rate or anything because of these issues. Told us to call the 800 number.

The guy with dreads told me the miles was off on the dashboard, however the miles was kept jump up and down off 20 miles. The truck started smoking while driving it. It leaked and the back kept jumps up and down. I took pictures and videos. There was so much trash on the passenger side.
