I love this team! Andrew and Jassey are the best - cool, calm, collected and super knowledgeable. We were first time home buyers and they made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Andrew and his team helped me both as a first time home buyer three years ago and now recently as a first time home seller! The welth of knoledge, experience and responsiveness that NRG brings to the table allowed me to be confident about every step of the process. There are also the areas where Andrew had gone above and beyond, tending to unexpected issues at the home while I was out of town during the time period when my home was on the market. I hired Andrew and NRG to sell my house in Decatur, GA. Working with him and his team was very easy. They were always responsive and knowledgeable. Me and my wife just bought a new construction house and sold our old house with NRG and it was great! Unfortunately we were not able to sell our house for as much as it was valued over the summer but even in the current economy, Andrew was able to take amazing pictures and videos, prospect a lot, and eventually landed us 2 strong offers. He was able to leverage those 2 offers and eventually went under contract for OVER our asking price. After hearing other stories and other nearby comps, I felt extremely happy with how our situation unfolded. As far as our new build, Andrew held our hand the whole way and helped us through this process. From securing the lot we wanted, all the way to the closing and final walk through. Super grateful for the great customer experience they provide.
