Katie was such a blessing as my fiance and I bought our first home. Katie made sure we ended up with our dream home! Our process was not easy as my fiance and I both have disabilities and require a home that makes our lives easier. With Katie's help we now own a beautiful one-story home that does not have any steps (exactly what we requested). She made the process so simple and updated us every step of the way! We decided to move out of state and needed help selling our house. I was super impressed after our first meeting with Katie. She educated us on the process and came well prepared with thorough analysis and comps. She gave great tips on home staging and I loved the pictures and video of our home that were captured. When offers came in she took the time to go over pros and cons and gave great advice. Her communication also really stands out. She was so responsive to all our calls and messages. She really held our hand through the process and was able to get our home listed and sold quickly with a great return on our investment. I highly recommend Katie to anyone looking to buy/sell a home!
