I can't say enough good things about Benita, who helped us find and buy our very first home. We met Benita at an open house while casually looking at homes before being pre approved to purchase. The first thing that drew us to her was that she was not pushy (until she needed to be while negotiation a deal for us!) like many realtors we came across previsously. She was ready to get to work when we were but did not hurry us along until we were 100% in move forward mode. She spent a lot of time with us walking through the process, finding listings, showing us homesand revisiting several homes multiple times when we were being indecisive and needed to see it "one more time" to make sure! Between putting in our offer and closing she was in touch and available for questions each step of the way. She helped us secure a lower interest rate with our lender, which really showed me that she had our best interest in mind. Outside of her being fantastic at her job she was a pleasure to spend time with too. We will not hesitate to call her when the time comes to sell and purchase our next home.

I would not recommend Bo Bridgeport Brokers. We used Sally Alcock to sell our house, and did not have a good experience. She was not on the ball at all. We had to constantly e-mail and call her to ask about feedback when the house was shown. There were several times we would have to ask her multiple times to do things she said she was going to - update listing pictures, drop off more fliers, etc. During the negotiation process she basically said that we had to pay the $2500 the buyers wanted in reparis or they would walk. Um, have you ever heard about negotiations? We told her we wouldn't pay more than $1500 and, guess what? they accepted. It was very clear that she was used to sitting back and letting houses sell themselves by doing the following: put listing online, stick sign in front yard, hold an open house and wait for an offer, show up at closing. She finally got on the ball after being embarased by the negotiation, but it definitely didn't make up for her pathetic showing up to that point.
