Tiffany is incredible!! living in California and purchasing a home in Georgia seemed like an extremely stressful task but Tiffany and her staff made it a breeze. We gave her my timetable and she made it happen. She found us the perfect home and we closed exactly when we needed to. She is full of energy and personality and the entire process was excellent. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy property. We will definitely be doing business again!!

Nicole James Real estate group (Tiffany) was amazing!! This was our first time selling a home and they made is very easy. Tiffany made us feel like a priority and they are very knowledgeable. My experience as a first time homebuyer was a rollercoaster of emotions. There were stressful moments where all of my free time was geared toward getting information over to my lender. Then there were the days of silence and anticipation waiting to hear back on an approval. Times of celebration when someone called us with good news that carried us through everything in between. Throughout it all Tiffany was there for my family. No matter the time of day/night, Tiffany responded to emails/text messages we sent her on properties we had found on line. She was the one that found the house that we eventually closed on. Early on we were out bid on the property and when it came back on the market, Tiffany called us the same day so that we could put in another offer. Every request or concern we had she asked the seller for us. Any information she thought the lender might need, she let us know before they even asked. Tiffany is the perfect balance of professionalism, keep it real and fight for her clients. In my time knowing her, her focus has been on her client’s wants, needs and well being. Her years of experience in the real estate industry are apparent in the advice that she gave me throughout the process. She knows the market and she knows what’s a good and fair offer. She was able to point out the repairs needed during the initial showing and tell us what the seller would be willing to do. She also told me that she thought the property was worth more than the list price and she could see us getting a great return on the house in the future so I know that she has our long-term investment in mind as well. I never had to worry about letting her know my thoughts on a property, if I was unsure about something, or if something urgent with my kids came up when we were supposed to meet. Tiffany is so easy to talk to and is a powerhouse of motivational energy. She told me multiple times that she just wanted us to find a place that we would be happy with and we have! Fate could not have brought us a better agent in my opinion! There are no guarantees that the home buying process will be smooth sailing.
