Fortis Property Management

In early November, I discussed various problems with Cole Scoggins concerning my residence at the Gateway Apartment in Mobile, AL. These issues involved management entering my leased property without notice and bringing others in. Despite Cole's assurance to follow up by 11/14, there hasn't been any communication with eight emails attempt since then. Lol you would expect better management from the regional manager.

I love working for this company! As an employee I feel valued and heard. I been here a little under a month but when I tell you this was the easiest move in process Ive ever had. Jen was very quick and communicated beautifully during the process. The day that I moved in she wasnt in the office how ever she gave me a call and welcomed me home. She also gave me a cute gift that was inside the home when I walked in. I felt very comfortable and at home! Shes a wonderful woman and definitely made a big impression.
