Great Leadership! Great Vision! Great Diversity work culture. Its hard to capture all three in one at a company, and Peak has done a great job of making sure that not just one but all three concepts are captured. There are a lot of fancy mission statements and rubber stamped mantras out there, but People Matter Most! is the core of this company. I invite anyone who doesnt want to be a number but rather a voice and a part of an amazing work culture that is grounded is learning/training just as much as growing - look at Peak Made!

I would not rent from this company ever again!!! I had to choose 1 star because there was no option to choose less. From the very start...I could not get into my house when I got here with my moving truck. The entry key system wasn't working. I spent the first few nights without heat or hot water in cold December. I had to use emergency heat and they would not reimburse me for anything at all. It turns out using emergency heat was expensive!! They forgot to install wireless access on my side of the road so it took a month to get a company to come drill under the road to get it here. If you work from home or own a business you better prepare for a month without wireless. And I wish that was the worst of the problems but it was not. They listed my address wrong in the beginning. Virtually every company in the world delivers mail or packages to the wrong address. I've taken great steps to try to fix this myself but it's still a major problem getting about half of my mail. Getting half of your mail is not something anyone would agree to. Peak has decided not to give ANY (zero) concessions to me for anything whatsoever. Peak has not solved the problem blaming it on USPS. Peak was responsible for registering this address properly but they failed. Passing the blame?? I am now stuck in a 12 month contract but contacting a lawyer to see if I can get out. If you want to risk it go ahead but you have been warned.

The Vault at Statesboro is managed by PeakMade. The property itself is TERRIBLE. There is black mold, AC Units are always out, water damage and leaks are forever occurring. Car break in, resident with guns walking around the property, in the office and even pointing them at staff is very absurd. This property is very unsafe. The property manager Nichole McNamar is unprofessional. She always tells her staff to say she busy or in a meeting whenever concerned parents or residents call about issues when in reality she is outside smoke cigarettes. She is very hostile to her staff. She displays severe micro aggressions and discriminatory gestures/remarks. The overall property is problematic and needs work. The area is always trash and disgusting. Overall experience is 0. Terrible property and management all across the boards.
