Biltmore at Midtown Apartments

I lived at Biltmore apartments in 2022-23 but it sounds like they have the same problems they had then based on the other reviews. While there, we paid $1900 a month for a studio that had a fake balcony(less than a ft) and elevators that did not work more than half the time. We lived there because it was close to Georgia Tech. Homeless litter the streets (coming from someone who now lives in Portland, this area is WORSE) and are loud and scary when they are obviously on drugs. The actual studio was very nice and spacious, but inside the complex is pretty gross. Bugs galore! While I was working at the CVS a block away, we frequently had the homeless cause trouble. It is certainly not a nice place to live, I don't know who would want to live here besides the homeless person we had in the parking garage. Last thing... they use the Fetch delivery service, and I lost my packages using Fetch multiple times - Fetch basically has no customer service, so you're screwed. Such a bad place all around and the worst place I've lived.

Would not recommend. It would be nice to have working elevators when you're paying almost $2000 per month. The entire time I lived here, the parking garage elevator was broken and the one working courtyard elevator was down half the time. Roaches are terrible. I also tried to end my lease early and the office ignored my emails. My unit was otherwise very nice.

I came to write a review of the horrible experience I had with the assistant manager sachet Thompson. But after reading reviews it looks like a dodged a huge bullet. Especially after reading all about the homeless people the roaches and cats getting broken into. But what did I expect if they hired someone like sachet. My only positive experience was the leasing agent Aisha she was great! The one star is for her

The personnel at the office is very unprofessional. They were not able to offer a tour that was scheduled more than a week in advance and confirmed twice with their automated system. Arrived 5 minutes before the agreed time and waited for more than 30 minutes for someone to show up at the office. If this is the treatment prospective residents get, I can't imagine the treatment you can expect when a leasing contract is signed.
