        Embarrassing level of low work ethic

        This has to be the worse USPS facility in the country. I ship hundreds of packages every week, and for the past few months, I'm seeing around 10 percent of my sales face chargebacks and refunds because the packages are being parked for weeks at a time with no movement. USPS is costing me a fortune. Any other company would be out of business if it was as poorly run. I am sick of their incompetence. I cannot recommend USPS, especially if you're in the area this particular facility handles. The worse part is they just implemented another rate increase, and things have only gotten worse since then.

        This lady has the worst attitude especially towards young women. She refused to give me her name and was rude from the moment I walked up, no hello just nasty.

        it has been over a week my package was shipped with a 24 hr express priority mail. The website shows incorrect status, usps never picks up call or responds to emails. The automated machine is a useless brainless service. Let alone express, now i dont even know where my package is, it has confidential documents needing for me to travel international next week.

        Your postal system is terrible. My package should have been at my door a week ago and it's no where to be found. Hire more people or get a better system. We rely on the postal system to get our mail to us in an orderly fashion. Some things are important and needed.
