        While Jameel was very helpful and a pleasure to interact with, he couldnt overshadow the incredibly poor interaction with the gentleman whom I assumed was the manager. After the way he spoke to me, I kept waiting for him to say April's Fool, but it never came; he was truly just that rude and condescending.

        Went 20 minutes before open to get stamps at the kiosk. Kiosk took our money and didn't provide any stamps. Decided to wait until they opened to get this resolved. They opened 20 minutes late so ended up waiting way too long to only be told they couldn't do anything and we would need to go to the main branch in Doraville. Manager in Doraville told us they couldn't do anything and that the Chamblee office would need to refund or provide stamps !! wasted an hour of time and was effectively told to pound sand after their machine took our money and broke!

        Recently moved to the neighborhood and had difficulty getting my mail forwarded. Lance was very helpful and really took time to look into what was going on and told me where to go to retrieve missing mail. I've been to this location twice and everyone has been very professional and helped in a timely manner. Thank you guys!!
