I would give a 0 but it won't let me.
Lisa The pedicurest was extremely disrespectful and overlooked me as a walking and took somebody else to before me and, I had been sitting here for an 1 1/2. Then she quickly said that she had an appointment and the gentleman she was doing confirmed that she did not. My two-year-old grandson was with me and he was a little rambunctious but I think that's why she went ahead and didn't take me.
Save your money and don't come here.

The presumed owner (older Asian male with grey hair) is absolutely rude & impatient, ALWAYS!! I asked him one question regarding a neutral color choice, as it was my 1st time getting SNS Nails in this shop, & things went south from there. Well actually I had to initiate the greeting, as he appeared irritated & began working on my hands without eye contact or even saying hello, so of course I dont have his name. He needs to retire or find another business that doesnt involve interacting with people of color, but then again he should keep in mind that he wouldnt have a business if WE werent his customers! The ladies in the shop are awesome & deserve 5 stars. I would give him a negative (-5) but I had to give at least a 1 for the review. Ive been to this nail shop in previous years, but mainly for pedicures; I decided to give this place another try after working a12 hr shift today because my usual shop at the Battery (cleaner, cheaper) had already closed for the evening, & I dont have a window to get them done before leaving for a trip in 2 days.
