I had a mani-pedi with gel scheduled for 2 hours, and it was only 30 minutes. They didn’t do any cuticle work, and the gel peeled off one of my nails after I got home. I had to schedule a new appointment to get it fixed. When I got there, they didn’t even have someone for me, and then finally someone fixed it for me, but she only did 2 sessions of the gel instead of 4 like they usually do. I didn’t get a single apology or discount or anything. On top of it, I paid $100 for this session that was horrible. I’ve been here 3 times, and 2/3 times were so bad!!! Hate this place and never going again!

I went into the Buckhead location about 4 days ago and asked for acrylics. It was pretty empty, pretty clean with the exemption of some towels on the floor. I don’t know why, but my nails are already lifting. They charged me $60 which was crazy to me for acrylics, and they’ve already chipped on the corners. Also I have gaps that are visible in some nails where the glue wasn’t glued down properly. I’ve gotten acrylics countless times and this has never happened. I’m usually able to wear them for 2 weeks and get a fill in but this was a waste of money. Won’t come back here. Service: Acrylic nails

Save your money (and your nails) and do not go here. I've visited Sugarcoat Buckhead enough times to fill a stamp card hoping that it was just an off tech. This past time I went in this week was the absolute last. I went in for a full acrylic set with gel polish and a trendy french nail design. The nail tech was super nice but my nails look terrible. My tips were all put on crooked and they're not the length I requested or the design. My biggest concern was the shape. I asked for almond shaped nails and my nails were so incredibly uneven. I didn't take a good look at them until I got home and noticed how botched they were and the top clear coat was literally bubbled. I was charged $90 (not including tip) for a terrible job. I called and they advised I could come in to fix them. The woman was nice and tried her best but insisted that they were not crooked. I was told they were even and that I can't base my experience there off one set, but I'm now stuck with terribly done nails that are still crooked and not to my satisfaction. I would not recommend this place for quality nails. Services: Gel manicure, Acrylic nails

This isn’t my go to nail salon, I only came for my friend because she booked a group pedicure for her birthday. I booked for SNS + acrylic. So instead of dipping my nail in the powder, I like to have the powder applied with the acrylic liquid. They were extremely confused by my request. I literally had to explain 5 times what I wanted. And I know it was doable because my preferred nail salon does it for me all. the. time. I had to show the nail tech a youtube video of what I was referring to. She SAID she could do it. I got my pedicure first, which it was completely trash. I still have dead, peeling skin on my feet. I got regular polish on my toes and she did not apply the topcoat smoothly. I should’ve know my nails weren’t going to be good either. They’re decent but if you look at them long you can see the clear topcoat (again) wasn’t applied smoothly and the application of the sns powder + acrylic liquid was really bad. And to be charged $65 for acrylic is outrageous. I never pay no more than $45 at my preferred nail salon. So obviously I will not be back because clearly no one does sns + acrylic at this location. And ridiculously overpriced. I usually try to wear my nails for 2 weeks but I think 1 week will have to do as I am super upset I paid $100+ for this. Definitely try Lush Nail Bar Toco Hills on Druid Hills. They’re always super busy but I definitely see why because their customer service is great. They accept walk-ins and Sam, the owner, makes sure his customers are satisfied.
