I had a wonderful experience at Paul Mitchell The School of Atlanta. My hairstylist Ava did an amazing job on my highlights. My hair was dull, and now it's filled with vibrant blonde lights. I love it. Ava was very kind and involved me in the process which made me feel confident in her abilities. I would highly recommend her as your stylist!

Learning leader saved the day, otherwise rating would have been one star. Id requested a phase 2 when booked, was given a phase 1. I was this students very first PMTS customer. She was a nervous wreck. Came for single process color , poorly applied thus a redo appointment was needed. Student needs to learn little things like how to manage water pressure at the sinks, how to ensure all chemicals have been completely rinsed out of the hair, removal of plastic gloves while blow drying to ensure hair is dry, and the difference in hair textures and what is required to ensure a good finish. Having come to PTMS well over a hundred times over the years, I believe in the school and the students it has produced over the years. This young lady was clearly not ready to take on a client yet and needs practice to boost her confidence level. Learning leader walked her through those steps at the end and gave a lesson in the proper trim. I only hope the student absorbed it. My experiences overall have been good. This visit was truly an outlier
