The inn at Peachtree is an absolute gem! 100% recommend, the rooms and hotel were super clean. There are beautiful views from the hotel, and its so conveniently placed a lot of the big attractions in downtown are within walking distance. The parking garage under the hotel is top notch and perfect for some piece of mind that your vehicles safe for the night. The free breakfast was super good too, with a bunch of different options. And a special thank you to the manager Oliver and all of the other workers I had the pleasure of talking to during my stay everyone was so kind and helpful and he truly went above and beyond to make my stay amazing! I booked a three day stay originally and booked an extra day because I wasnt quite ready for it to end and theres no other hotel in downtown Atlanta I would have rather been, I will definitely be back :) And do not let some of the old reviews detour you from staying here! (I almost did but Im so thankful I didnt) theyve recently had a change in management so If youve had a bad experience here before I promise its worth a second shot now! Thank you!

This place needs a major overhaul and cleaning. The front desk staff was very helpful and the location is walking distance to most attractions. A pretty fair amount of homeless people in the area but no one bothered me.

We stayed here for an Atlanta vacation and it was an okay place especially on a budget. The bed was very nice and the sheets were well maintained, and the bathroom was very clean and everything worked. There were a few stains on the curtains but nothing too off-putting. There was a working fridge but no microwave. Breakfast was great and the lobby was very well maintained, and the staff were very kind. The location was not great, the hotel is not in the safest area although it is within walking distance of olympic park. The hotel did allow us to park in their private garage which was nice.

I'm going to specifically tailor this review to DragonCon guests. DONT STAY HERE. just kidding. The reason I wrote that is because I do not want the secret to get out. This hotel is extremely close to the con and there was always an elevator waiting. I think you could leave the marriot lobby on Saturday night, go to the Inn, and still get to your room quicker than you would if you had tried to get to your room via elevator at the Marriot on a Friday or Saturday. The breakfast they provided was great. The rooms are ok. A little cramped .. but you're also paying a lot less. We've been going to DragonCon since 06 and have stayed all over downtown and midtown including most of the hosts. We enjoyed staying here in 2023 and will likely try for it again this year in 2024. Rooms: Rooms were ok. Nothing fabulous. Nearby activities: very close to dragon con hotels Safety: fairly safe because of the crowds at dragon con but sometimes the park across from the hyatt attracts morons. Walkability: A+ for walkability Food & drinks: The breakfast they provided was very good.
