Management and security came to my room when I walked down the hall to take a call and told my underage daughter and her friends that they had to leave and that they were calling the police because there was no adult present. I had literally just walked down the hall. They stated there was a noise complaint. We woke up and started getting dressed and cleaning the room when we awoke. So therefore I dont understand the noise complaint. It was time to check out anyway. So I didnt argue. The food was overpriced and overrated. I spent a lot of money on that room to receive the mediocre service I did. P.S overnight parking is $45. Very disappointing. Food & drinks: Overpriced and overrated

As a Diamond member I will never give them my business again. One night into my three night stay, I found someone else's underwear and a few other clothing items under my dresser in my room. When I reported it to management they said they would take care of this and take the items out of my room. When I returned from my work day, the items were still there. I then asked to speak to the manager (Jessica), who then had the items removed and promised me 40,000 points which I never received. I called the Diamond desk and they told me I would get a refund of one night instead. That still hasn't happened. On top of this, several calls to Jessica and messages left for her to call me back have been unreturned. The lack of professionalism has been appalling. Worst experience as a business traveler with Hilton in my 32 years of travel.
