Place is right beside an extremely busy highway, the walls are paper thin making it EXTREMELY loud in our room, not to mention our neighbor who liked to listen to music & talk until 4am. She isnt being suuuper loud, but she may as well be in the room with us because, again, the walls may as well be paper. On top of that, the beds feel like cardboard, & the whole place feels dingy with ugly peeling wallpaper, low bubbling bathroom ceilings, & a broken bathroom door that looks like the bottom was chewed off by a dog. On the plus side, the food at the restaurant was REALLY good! But not worth staying there again for

SAVE YOUR KONEY AND STAY ANYWHERE BUT A MARRIOTT OWNED PROPERTY.!Started out ok. Desk clerks were very polite. On our third and final night we had issues. After being gone all day we return to our room which had been attended to by housekeeping. The problem is we had the do not disturb sign on the door. The beds had been made and the dirty towels gone too. But we noticed the bathroom was left dirty. In order to make one of the beds they handled all of my daughter's clothes and suitcase. They left empty water bottles but threw away a $60 voucher from one of our shopping adventures. When we brought it to the front desk they sincerely apologized and decided to comp our $24/day(way too much) parking fee. We decided to cut our trip short and head home. The General Manager said the $48 parking waiver and not charging us for the last night that we didn't stay was equivalent to my $60 voucher. Then corporate tells me that hotels are franchised and it's up to the hotel on how to handle issues. This place is a disgrace and I will no longer stay with any Marriott because if you have an issue you will be out of luck. Please save your money and stay else where.

I never leave reviews on Google, but this hotel was so outstanding I felt I had to brag on them. We live in an era of lackadaisical customer service, so I wasn't expecting much, but I was floored by how incredibly professional, efficient, and helpful the staff at the Atlanta Marriott was. Check-in took less than 3 minutes, and when there was an issue with my room, the staff was quick, compassionate, and immediately got me a different room, totally hassle-free. I've never had to change rooms before at a hotel and couldn't believe how easy they made it. Then when I left in a hurry the next morning, I forgot something in my room and had no trouble contacting the front desk, and they went to the room, got the item and held it for someone to pick up for me, again with no problems. I've stayed at Ritz Carltons and had less efficient and personal service. No hoops, no acting like you were inconvenience for needing help--the staff just did their jobs, cheerfully and flawlessly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it highly.
