Room smells weird and is falling apart. The floor is disgusting, feels like it hasn't been cleaned in ages. I spilled some water on the floor, and when i cleaned it with toilet paper, the paper was green/brown. The AC barely works, and the ceiling looks like it's going to cave in. Worst red roof I've ever stayed in.

The front office staff are amazing! However the environment is horrible so many thugs hanging out, the rooms are half way clean, the elevator had a loud odor as if someone is using it as a restroom, there is paint trying to cover up mold, the room door deadbolt was broken, and most of the beds are broken. I did have to request another room which honestly wasnt any better other than the door being able to lock. The office did their best to try and accommodate me as a guest, however I do understand that the safety and upkeep of this place is just out of their control.. SO TO THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE PLEASE DO BETTER!!! you have a great staff so please clean and remodel this place because you are definitely making the money to do so.
