Ok for the price. The place is clean and well located. Restaurant only opens for breakfast and dinner. The doorman didnt have an umbrella to help guests get to/from their car rides under the rain..Id think thats a cheap/easy fix and very valuable when its down pouring. Rooms: Very clean. Well distributed. Walkability: Very walkable area

My view was the 2nd floor of the parking garage, and the drapes did block the light from the parking garage.

Thomas at the front desk at Hotel Indigo Downtown Atlanta is an absolutely doll! I had an unfortunate situation with Expedia and could not get anyone to help me, and Thomas took the time to look into the situation and resolve it with ease. Thank you, Thomas, you provided excellent customer service with kindness! Hotel Indigo: Give this man a raise!

This was the worst visit Ive ever had to an IHG hotel. This was for my birthday trip so I wanted to stay at a nicer hotel in downtown instead of cheaper options but this is NOT worth the price. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable, but thats about the extent at which this hotel was worth it. I left my Bible in the room and since it was my birthday, I was very rushed out so I didnt realize until I got back to FL. I tried to call the front desk, was greeted by an extremely rude individual that told me to keep calling them on MY birthday so I can see if they can find my item. Its really not big of a deal but I love how this hotel likes to steal things (look at the other reviews below). I can only imagine what they would do if I left my purse. Tempest was the one of the only other reasons why this hotel gets at least one star. She was extremely informative and let us know when the hotel bar was open/when our check in/out times were. She was very friendly and made our check in process extremely easy. On the other hand, our check out was terrible. I was with my mom outside and I was accosted by a homeless man and I had to fight to keep him away from the car. The valet was no where to be seen and there was NO security. On top of that, we werent even greeted at check out. Just asked what our room was and the man printed our receipt and then told us what door we couldnt use as we lugged all of our luggage out ourselves. If I am paying $50 for valet, I want to know what I was paying for because it clearly wasnt for good service. The only good thing about the valet is that they warm your car up for you before bringing it to you and thankfully there wasnt anything stolen from my car. The hotel bar served great food, though. The drinks were absolutely spectacular and they have a lot of great options. Our server, Carmen, was also great and was very attentive to our table and made great suggestions on what to get. I will NEVER be staying at this Hotel Indigo IHG hotel ever again in my life. Thanks for ruining my birthday, and I wish the best of luck to anyone who stays in this hotel. Rooms: The rooms were very clean and it was very easy to get more towels and call my car for the valet. Food & drinks: The hotel bar was amazing and we had great service! The food was delicious as well (pictured).
