Friendly and thorough, Alaina inspected a home for us. She was on time and professional. I am not a first time gone buyer and have hired other inspectors. Alaina is absolutely wonderful. I don't think I could have chosen a better inspector. She is very thorough and explained the assessment in ways my husband and I understood. My realtor was equally pleased and I'm almost certain she will refer clients to her as well as I will.
