Need to look no further than Kip with Keystone Properties to inspect your next home!! Kip went above and beyond to answer all our questions and make extra sure that the home we were purchasing would be a safe, reliable place for our family. The thermography imaging was incredible and in this rainforest called Georgia you want to be extra sure that there is no water intrusion, which will cause mold/mildew and devastate your health and cost a fortune (if you can even mitigate the problem). An ounce of prevention & knowledge will save money and buy a huge headache. With Kip you are getting all of that and then some! Plus he is just a nice and pleasant guy. I thank God for Kip, truly. He did a thorough inspection of a home that I was considering buying. And while it was a beautiful home, there were some very serious and potentially serious problems that would have likely caused me if not thousands, then dozens of thousands to repair. He was timely, very friendly, honest, and was an overall invaluable in terms of the wealth of education/information he provided to me. I will definitely be using him again.
