Mike was recommended by our realtor.Within the first week of moving in, we experienced the following problems:1.       No heat on the second floor where all our bedrooms located2.       Doorbell didn't work3.       Two electric outlets in the living room did not work4.       Water pressure was abnormally high according to the plumber we hired. We had to replace the water pressure reducing valve immediately5.       Master shower was completed cloggedWe made multiple attempts to contact Mike, but he never responded.You don't want an inspector who doesn't respond when issues come up. Go with someone with more reviews, instead of just trusting your realtor's recommendations.We learned this the hard way. Hope you don't need to.
