Love this place because everything is so unique, but very expensive. Bring your wallet its going to cost you.

This is an elegant and inviting warehouse, with beautiful high end custom furniture and attentive staff. A very fun place to visit and peruse. The ordering experience for custom furniture was easy and smooth. Our consultant was friendly and helpful.
My poor experience was with the delivery. Switch Modern held my furniture in storage for over a month prior to contacting us to let us know of its arrival, to schedule a delivery. I was then charged $300 for that month of storage (indeed the bill was how I discovered that they had stored it for so long). I was able to get that bill eliminated with a complaint call.
The recommended white glove delivery service was unable to deliver my couch into our home (due to the narrow hallways and size of the custom couch), and so abandoned the delivery. We were charged the full delivery fee (reduced to $430 only after above complaint call). Switch Modern and the delivery service were unable to provide a referral recommendation, and I was instructed by Switch Modern to google specialty movers. We were eventually successful with another company, at a cost of MANY extra hours of my time and a full second movers fee.
We are not yet out of the woods. One part of the delivered furniture is defective, but the manufacturer is closed for summer break for another month (according to Switch modern) so we cant even ask a replacement part yet. A manufacturing issue, not the stores fault, but still another frustration. It looks like I will have to re-weld it myself, which DIY-furniture-repair is not something you expect to have to do at the cost we paid.
On a positive note, the intact furniture is gorgeous and well constructed and comfortable, now that we have it.
Overall: Beautiful furniture in a cool setting, attentive sales, lackluster execution. Service does not match the price.

I had reached out to Switch Modern via their website and had Robyn assist me. Even though I mentioned that I was not looking to purchase until next year, Robyn answered all my questions and concerns regarding some sofas that I am interested in. Even if you live out of state, like I do, reach out to them because they have the best pricing on the products they carry.
