First I want to thank the GM Linda at this location. She found a way to assist with my issue. I highly recommend this location and staff. When I was going through a tough time she made it work for me. Thank you team Aarons and thank you Linda for assisting me with continuing to be a loyal customer. I love Aarons.

The general manager Linda was extraordinary helpful and kind. She helped me get my account figured out and bring me peace. She is knowledgeable and fast. It was a pleasure in a time where everything is very chaotic!

I called this location for help a few times and Luke, Amy and Linda (or it may be Lisa, can't remember the exact name sorry!) were extremely helpful on each occasion. They were patient, walking me through the different options for repayment and even checking inventory for me at their location to ensure availability. They made the process easy and understandable, I would recommend Aarons and this location to others.

Delivery drivers arrived before the time I was told for delivery, no phone call to see if anyone was there before they arrived, then the drivers had the store call me (they were already gone) to say that they wouldn't deliver because they couldn't get it thru the front door and had to go around back thru a small area of dirt and rocks and they didn't want to get hurt. All large furniture in this home was brought in and taken out the same way...no other delivery team questioned it ever..not even the guys who delivered my washer and dryer.. they wanted my business and they did their job. Not a good look for aarons or the delivery drivers...
