Play pretty good they went above and beyond what they had to do for me the little girl at the front desk when I called and asked about my package being delivered I had asked if I could come by the store and pick it up and she told me no because you know how big the TV was and all this and I'm completely understood but in about 5 minutes she called me back and told me since it was in the box I could come by and pick it most people in today's businesses would not have called you back they do not put forth the effort has been my experience but arron's A Plus customer satisfaction and service

One of the worst places to do business. The ladies they have answering the phones always have a bad attitude and are urban. They need some serious trainings and reviews of performance there. Its a nightmare ordering an appliance from them because they can never deliver it in a timely fashion its always excuses. Had to have someone to pickup my items today because Im at the last straw with these clowns. Its been nearly a month waiting on both of my items and these people expect a payment this next week, they can move that out and remove the late fee.
