One hour before our arrival we received a call from the hotel telling us that they needed to move us to the adjoining hilton garden inn because they had sold out of all of the suites. We had made our reservation two months prior and had already checked in online. The room they were moving us to was not a suite and would not accommodate our family. I asked if they would give us two rooms and was told they did not have two to give. A simple search online verified this was a lie. Reminds me of the Seinfeld episode about "holding a reservation". We found a suite elsewhere and upon checking in at the new hotel, the person checking us in told us this was not the first time she had heard of them doing this. It was a huge inconvenience and an unfair way to treat people. The staff was not apologetic and definitely not accommodating. It is very risky to book at this hotel so do not do it.

Stayed for 3 nights for a trip to Georgia Tech in early March 2023. Location is close to campus and is fairly walkable from the MARTHA station. The room is spacious and clean. I had not requested service during my stay so I can't really comment. The breakfast was always prepared during the time indicated. There is still construction outside and it is located beside a busy highway so it is not the most quiet of suites. I checked out the workout area and saw someone on one of the treadmills so I guess at least one of them is fixed.
