I booked & payed for my reservation for March 29 -31, 2024, 17 days prior to coming in. I arrived at 11:45 PM, just to hear that the hotel was overbooked. The receptionist was not pleasant at all. He did not offer any solution to the problem. He was very careless, no type of sympathy. Instead he got very defensive & rude. He mentioned there were no rooms available. However, about three other guest arrived after me & they were all able to get a room. How confusing is this? I honestly believe, there was some type of discrimination!! I was the only, "other guest" in there & the only one who did not receive a room! I would give this hotel a 0 stars if I could. Worst experience with any hotel ever!

"Around here I'm likely to pull out my gun if you pull on my door." Spoken to me by the shuttle driver, at the airport, at 2am, without a bit of irony or humor in his voice. He then proceeded to chastise me further through the window before letting me in. The front desk person was super nice and helpful, so the 1 star isn't about him. The trash in the hallway was a bit shocking. Bags of it outside several rooms and in the elevator lobby. Home2's rooms are great. Love the size, amenities and beds. Breakfast at thos location is also subpar. Horrible looking eggs and meat selections. No yogurt. Only bread product was just labeled "brown." And, being the south, grits instead of oatmeal. Rooms are great, as stated, so if thats all you need this could be a good value option.

Stayed here for a night with 3 friends before our senior college spring break flight early morning in ATL. The front desk ladies are so nice and accommodating not to mention fun! The rooms were exactly what we needed and we were very pleased with the snack selection in the lobby! My high rating is because after leaving our car for 7days in the lot we got back to the car battery dead. Being four senior girls at 7pm after a full travel day and 3+ hours from school/home (not to mention rain) we did not know what to do or how to go about this. The very very kind hotel receptionist called the maintainence man down to come and help us. The nicest man who genuinely saved us from a bad situation. He was able to get the car starting again after 30 minutes and then made sure to watch us drive off to see it run properly. People like that are what makes business thrive and you are lucky to have your staff! My parents are very grateful for his help and comfort during a stressful time. Thank you and we will def be coming back!
