Hyatt House Atlanta/Cobb Galleria

Unfortunately my experience wasn't the greatest. The rooms aren't in great condition, mine had a constant rattle from the air conditioner and was missing a closet door. There was a lot of highway noise, I woke up a couple times during the night. Staff was unable to move my room. Breakfast lacking compared to other Hyatt options nearby. I won't be staying here again, there's better hotels nearby.

This is a nice hotel but it's older and needs to be updated. Has this drab carpet that held a horrible stench the first two days while we were there. They did have the carpet cleaned and freshened the second day. Also the bathroom door handle came off, one end of the towel bar and one end of the shower bar as well. All were fixed but the fact that they came off says routine checks aren't done. Overall a nice place but not for almost $300 per night.

I wish I could remember the lady and gentleman at the desk. We visited March 2024 schoolbreak. They were great. Room service was good. The breakfast great. Enjoyed the suite. The rooms were comfortable. I have to say the sofa bed needed extra padding or thicker mattress. Would stay again.
