It might be appealing that he will handle your case for a flat fee but what that means is your case is not a priority and hes working on more cases than he can handle. Very frustrating when your case takes way longer than it should have taken. He does not have a good reputation among other lawyers and even some judges. There's another post I read that he even used the f word to the opposing counsel and got in trouble. Based on my experience its important that your Attorney is well liked and respected by colleagues or it will have a negative effect on your case.

Sean is a great attorney. He will let you know what he thinks is reasonable and can be accomplished and makes it happen. My case was a little outside of the norm and went longer than expected and he fought for me through it all. If you are looking for an attorney to tell it like it is and fight for you through it all, Sean is the guy. It was a pleasure working with him.
