        Reached out to them for estate / will planning. Was responded to with a generic list of things to do. Was never reached out to again as a follow up. Isnt it their responsibility to schedule a call, gather our assets and ask about our dependents? This law firm is lazy and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Based on their other 1 star reviews, I would suggest everyone to stay away. There are plenty of lawyers in the Atlanta area. Why settle with one that is so poorly reviewed

      Travis, we are very sorry to hear you feel that way. You reached out to us and we sent you paperwork to get the process started. You did not actually retain our services and you were not a client. We asked you to return the necessary paperwork within a certain time. When it was not received, we assumed you no longer wanted to explore working together. I'm sorry to hear you feel that our law firm is "lazy" for not hounding you to get us the information we requested of you in detail. After 7 months you reached out, and it appears you were no longer covered by the legal plan for the services you wanted. As you can see from our other reviews on estate planning, we are attentive to our clients needs, and we respect their timelines. It is necessary that we get the information we need to assist, in a timely manner. Our last contact with you was in May 2023 when we explained "Many MetLife clients choose not to move forward with the process after they have made the first contact. Which is why we make sure to let potential clients know that they need to get their paperwork in to us within a certain time to begin the process or we will close the file. Our bandwidth does not allow for us to press prospective clients to move forward if they do not send us what is needed for us to actually open their case files."We wish you the best, and hopefully you can find a firm to assist you that can work with your timelines.
