A couple years ago I had to retain Traci and this firm for the challenges that were placed in front of me. Traci helped me through those times. Weiss and her firm were knowledgeable, patient and straight to the point. She would let you know everything you're doing right and wrong. I've had custody of my daughter for 9 years now and this firm had a part in keeping it that way. I am truly blessed to have had Traci Weiss assigned as the Guardian At Litem for my girls during my custody case. Traci really cares about my girls and has always been genuinely interested in every aspect of their lives and did an amazing job of representing them in court!! No one ever wants to be in a divorce situation much less with innocent children involved but I am so thankful that my girls had Traci to speak for them. I highly recommend Traci Weiss for anyone in need of a Family Law Attorney. My two daughters highly recommend her as well. If I would have known of her prior to selecting my own counsel, I would have chosen her.

Traci is an incredible attorney who was able to get me out of a bad position in my divorce, and I ended up getting primary custody of my son. When my ex let me know she wanted a divorce over a phone call, I reached out to Traci on a friend's recommendation. We wanted someone to fight for me and Traci did that. At first, I was a bit surprised at Traci's approach because while I initially wanted to go scorched-earth, she had my best interest in mind and advised me repeatedly to focus on the long-term results I wanted out of this scenario. I am so, so glad she did that rather than just do what I immediately thought were good ideas. She was also incredibly empathetic to my situation and provided some much-needed reassurance. Traci fought for me, and fought for my son, when I was in a situation where expressing my justified hurt and anger of my exs lies and manipulation during the divorce process would have hurt my chances of keeping custody of my son. I cannot express how grateful I am to her for being in my corner and fighting for my best interest. Not only did Traci fight for me, she also was up-front with me about the very few things about my situation she was not familiar enough with to give advice on. Which was justified since she doesn't specialize in military divorce cases, and some of the issues of my case went outside the realm of family law. However, what she DID do was arrange a consultation with an acquaintance of hers that did specialize in military divorce cases, and from there we were able to get an idea of what those issues all meant for me and how to best tackle the problems. I truly appreciate her honesty and character. It's now a little over a year after my divorce, and I have primary custody of my son and my ex is paying child support. Because Traci had my long-term best interest in mind, I didn't do anything that would cause my ex to have to move back and she is still living overseas where she was stationed. This was the BEST outcome I could've hoped for and I am so grateful for all of the hard work Traci did for me and my son. To anyone looking for a fighter that will have your back, give great advice, and be in your corner when the rubber hits the road, I would whole-heartedly recommend hiring Traci to represent you in your divorce.
