        They have good plans but they lied about having a 24 hour customer service they charged u a arm and legs for nothing this company is just to have car insurance if u need it to go now be careful cause this company is full of it n full of lies

        Needs no stars, this insurance company has been horrible from the start. Couldn't "get in contact" with the person who hit me(this is there insurance) so they wouldn't fix my car until then (they never did get in contact with her, was told something about they have a record of someone saying they was in a accident but no claim was done on her end). Finally able to get my car to the body shop and a week in my rental I'm being told at 6:30 AT NIGHT that my rental time is up and I have to return the car the next day. Again at night why not call me during proper business hours that way things could have been done. Body shop is telling them you didn't reach out and that my car is still being worked on. Loya don't care and now ill be out of a car for 3 days while they decided when I can get another rental car. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. All i wanted was my car fixed...
