Hi Karley, I have been a perfectly paying customer for several years now without a single issue. Just called your office only to have the an incredibly unprofessional person answer the phone and attempt to provide zero assistance. She claims that she can only read the policy and provide discounts based on those criteria you have set earlier *which I have most, if not all already*. I asked what the issue was regarding "CONSUMER ALERT: Allstate Files Substantial Auto Rate Increase AUGUST 16, 2022 ATLANTA Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner John F. King today is alerting consumers that Allstate Property & Casualty Company has filed an overall statewide automobile rate increase of 25 percent on their Georgia policyholders." This is an abuse of a legal loophole & I asked what your office was doing to retain customers in the wake of this. She answered nothing except the minimum.
