Mingnon is the owner of this Allstate agency and I must say her customer service is over the top. The staff at this agency makes you feel like family. Steven is the best and he’s very detailed. I would recommend them for any type of insurance I currently hold a renters, business, auto and life insurance policy with this agency.

I have had such a great experience here at this agency. Any questions that i have or any concerns are ALWAYS handled in a professional and timely manner. The agent and the staff really do go over and beyond to make sure that all your needs are met. Thank you for all you do for us, your customers.

Were contacted by Ms. Pender and her staff about bundling the auto and home..and issues began. She and staff were not competent regarding this and continued to make errors on our account through not entering the correct information. She placed a payment on our account using someone else’s checking info in order to force the policy through early. When confronted with this she lied and said it wasn’t a big deal and she entered the checking info as this was cash on demand that her agency pays in order to secure the policy and that it would fall off. We were concerned about this because our initial payment wasn’t scheduled until the following week and we had not agreed at that time to initiate the policy due to our policy with another company approaching expiration. We reached out to corporate to file a complaint, when the investigation occurred they confirmed that this was indeed an actual checking account entered for payment, they contacted the agent who lied and said we provided this checking info,mind you it was a bank that neither my husband or I bank with and the following day the payment ended up being rejected because it wasn’t real. We like Allstate but seeking new honest agent.
