Be careful with this apartment if you dont want to be charged a huge amount of money EVEN YOU CLEANED EVERYTHING.

1. We lived here for 6 months, saw leasing office staff Shanise brings her whole families to the swimming pool multiple times. 2. The leasing office staff are jerks after you move in. Even you hired professional cleaner to do the move out clean, they still charge you hundreds of dollars, when you call them and dispute, they dont want to talk to you and hung up your phone. Wow great service Sabrina and Shanise Only 1 star to the concierge team.

Just wanted to give a special thanks to Girard for maintaining the building here at piedmont house. Also for being super responsive, very knowledgeable, on what needs to be done, and very easy to work with. Very charismatic and giving 110% always! Keep up the amazing work that youre doing it doesnt go unnoticed! The staff is great as well in the leasing office by far one of the best places to live in Midtown!

Piedmont House is a beautiful building with great amenities & location for sure, but the way it is maintained really elevates the experience here. The maintenance team is A1! Girard and Clinton go over and above for us here. Always warm, friendly and professional. We read reviews about how great Girard was and every word is true. Hes always on the property and available for whatever we need and even came on a late weekend night - I thought he lived in the building! Cant forget to shout out Camila @ the front desk, Shanice & Kelly in leasing either. My wife and I loved it here and if the rent prices hadnt skyrocketed on us, wed be staying.

Piedmont House is the best place to live in Atlanta! You never have to wait on maintenance issues to be repaired because Girard is on top of everything. It doesn't matter what time of day or night! Love this place!
