DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! They dont care about their residents. You call their 24/7 maintenance line no one ever answers. Your apartment gets flooded by your upstairs neighbor oh well you have to deal with it because they dont care! They will wait almost a month before they try to fix the problem and even then they dont fix it. Apartment has mold and you show proof they say theyll move you but dont, and if they attempt to they try and give you one as bad or worse than the one youre in! The leasing office staff is mad rude especially Liz. Called about our a/c going out she told me that there is nothing they can to and we just have to sit and deal with the heat till they get a part or an outside contractor can fix it and even then they still dont do anything let alone try to fix a damn thing.

My leasing agreement says one price but i end up pay $110+ additional somehow. Charge for pest. I guess they have a roach kennels here. They charge for alarm system that isn't monitored. So if youe alarm is going off noone will be dispatched to your home. Which is actually a violation of the rental insurance. Normally there is a enormous amount of garbage around the dumpster. The water will be cut off atleast once a mont because a pipe busted. That water that keaks will be on your bill.

Caution please avoid these apartments they do not fix anything at all plus every unit has mold and mildew. Also I was told that they has major water damage issues.. Plus the rent lady Ms. Liz is very rude to the tenants and doesnt respect anyone out there. I had a friend who stayed out there and she said the maintenance guys just rode around on golf carts talking on their phones doing nothing..but expect people to live their lives and cook with kids in a house that has mold and stuff smh . Please close these down or remodel. We want to stay in nice condition as well.
