        I love living here at Balfour East Lake everything is so nice here the Staff are so nice they take good care of their tenant I have not had a problem since I been living here and the Staff are great keep up good work

        Balfour East Lake is owned and operated by Balfour properties BEWARE do not rent from this slumlord. I was targeted by criminal neighbors who broke in my apartment multiple times. They also dont fix anything once you move in. When I complained about neighbor downstairs taking my quiet enjoyment due to banging her ceiling with a broom for no reason the management turned on me and said it was my fault and filed to evict me. The lease is 52 pages long so they can stick you with anything. They also deactivated my gate key to drive or walk on the property while still taking my rent.

        Red Flag: I find it extremely sketchy that management primarily responds to to positive reviews and mostly ignores the negative ones. I live near this complex, and there have been multiple break ins and gunshots can be heard constantly. If you can look elsewhere, please do.
