If I could give no stars to this company I would! I was scheduled to move in at one of their properties & my move in date has been pushed back at least 3 times! They don’t care about anything but the money. I have reached out in regards to having my application fees refunded & the leasing office nor the corporate office has bothered to answer any of my emails or calls. So unprofessional!

I moved from out of state and made the mistake of leasing the apartment on line. I could not physically visit the place as i lived in texas. And most of my money was spent on the move here. The rooms are extra tiny. The through the apartment was stained . Instead of them laying new carpet. They didn't put in a new toilet seat as caked up urine stains was on the one provided . So i had to buy and install a new one . They say upgrade black appliances nothing upgrade about 1980 appliances. Thats 40 years old. All if the l8ght switches are cracked. They didn't complete the repairs. Or paint the cabinets in the kitchen are bathroom as their are stains on them and or peeling. More pictures and videos to come They allow residents to keep trash and junk in the breeze way drawing bugs and pests. As the trash stinks. They allow residents to walk dogs without leash. Went to the dog park . No doggie bags in the container but full of spider webs. The pictures on their site are very misleading. This company doesn't care about people or how they treat residents . This company is garbage. I started working and was constantly working an entire property by myself. The manager is the manager over 2 properties and was never in office. The assistant manager at my property constaly cussed up a storm and forgot what she was doing and didn't complete tasks. The assistant even came in to work with COVID19 to tell us she had COVID19. Not only putting myself at risk but other employees and the residents. After I left, they decided to not pay me for any of my earned commissions and turned things around to say that they were not my leases even though it's obvious in the system that they were mine. This company has zero respect or regard for their employees and I'd be VERY careful working for them.

Hello, I’m writing because I’ve been in my apartment for almost a year. And it’s been nothing, pest issues ever since. Every month I’ve had to request pest control, but my issue has not been resolved. I want to request an outside exterminator. No one at this company has seem to be able to help me with my issue. I put in a request for a phone call, but no one had called me back.
