Apartment Hunters

I have been living at The Drexel for over 3 years. This is an expensive luxury apartment complex on Perimeter Center W. with annual rent increases. We loved this place the first year, then it slowly declined. They have cut budget for clean breeze ways and no longer gives us our full channels in workout room
The elevators go out at least 3 times per month plus all moving in and out holds elevators, so often I cannot take elevator. Unfortunately, even the good team we have at leasing office does not make a difference.
Last summer parties at pool and noise in front of building late at night was absurd, since there are rules about this. Warning yes, action and consequences- no.
I am very disappointed and watch the people who respected the community leave. We are next.
