        This complex is terrible. I lived there for 10 months and had various issues, including not having AC and it not getting fixed for 4 months, despite me constantly asking about it. Even past that, 2-3 months after I moved out, I get a call from a debt collection agency saying I owed money (about $200). I had already been refunded my security deposit and last rent payment leftover by this time. I called them and they said there was a mistake made and a fee didnt get paid for before they returned my money. So I paid it then and there. Now 10 months after I moved out from the apartment, I get contacted again saying I owe $135 to this complex. This is ridiculous and I feel I am being scammed out of my money with illegitimate fees.

        My patio screen is beyond ragged . I put in a request upon moving in to have it fixed it is completely off the rack and maintenance has been notified for over a month . I Also had to harass them just to replace the refrigerator when it completely stopped working .Took a week to get that replaced . Just know that if you move here and have issues it will not be fixed in a timely manner .

        The entire process from touring the property, applying for the unit and getting approved was great. Sherrod and Sarah made the process so easy and they answered all of my questions. Their professionalism and dedication to help showed throughout. I cant thank them enough for everything. I highly recommend checking out the property and allowing them to assist you with your apartment search.

        Beautiful to be here. The pictures doesn't on Google maps doesn't do it justice. All apartments are nice. There is a gym, playground for children and a host of other amenities.

        I currently have a kitchen sink that is not working for almost 2 weeks!!!! Since the maintenance guy left almost 3 months ago nothing is being fixed. I was advised that there are other important things that need to be fixed...when in reality I honestly think they DO NOT have maintenance personnel at the moment. How is my kitchen sink not important??? I have been here 7 years and this is purely ridiculous!!!! Trust that these newly 5 stars are padded...by employment.
