        Thanks to Jason for being the best leasing agent at the Lookout at O4W ever! He was so helpful and informative during the whole process of me finding the perfect apartment for me. I love it here at this community so far, and I highly recommend!

        New management are scammers. They make you submit a money order when you apply for their complex. It took 2 weeks for them to make a decision. They have no documents stating that you wont receive a refund if your application is denied. They dont answer the phone, hang up in your face (Collin) and most importantly they finessed $750. They said it was because we sent a word document in as proof of income. They WILL NOT help you with anything on the application. An email was sent to with an incorrect credit score and fraud information. A claim has been filed on the leasing office and I would not recommend moving here. I have a friend who lives here, and the leasing agents told her that she needs to move into another apartment in order to renew the current lease. They also never sent her the email when they were suppose to, and gave her 24 hours to make a decision. I could go on and on about the weird stuff that is taking place in the leasing office.
