Worst place to live . The people up stairs are loud , talking and laughing in the breezeway at 2am , slamming doors at all hours , 5/6 adults in a tiny 1 bedroom apartment, the men go to the side of the building and urinate and much more . It has been miserable here since they moved in and there is no end in sight .

I would never rent from Fogelman again. They changed my account for my renters insurance not received when it was not due until 2/18/24 I complained and received an 8.32 cent refund. They are a greedy company. I have lived at Westbury Mews since 2017 and it was good. Since Fogelman took over, its just see how much money we can get from the tenants. You cant use the pool , even to stick your feet in because there is always a machine in it over the weekend. It looks like we live in some ghetto area.

Had a big branch fall on my vehicle, reach out to the management team and basically was brushed off. They knew the trees should have been cut back but did nothing about it.

I would never advise anyone to rent from fogleman properties. They gave my s/o a hard time just to transfer apartments. Since we felt like they were treating us horribly we decided to just move out completely. After this we did not receive anymore contact from them. As we are moving to the new apartment we got charged 200$ for a late fee and for the transaction being returned to them as there was enough funds in the account. My s/o was watching the account till the end of the month and there wasnt mention of a prorate of rent nor did they email us in regards to the finalization of the lease. They wont even waive the late fee as we are not ever late except this 1 time as we were more concerned over the new apartment and they were an oversight. They are a horrible management group within Paradise Island blvd and the corporation doesnt care to listen to your complaints of their management on the property.
