Hills at Greenbriar Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I havent had AC since I moved in on June 27. Ive had an maintenance emergency with my front door for about a month now. I was attacked walking to my car by a downstairs neighbor but was told I would have to pay to end my lease & they don't have any available apartments to move me even though there are empty apartments all through out the complex. I have reached out to both the news & code enforcement & got an attorney involved. If you can help it PLEASE do not live here. Its not worth the hassle!

I love these apartments the mangent team are nice they will make sure you get the best services I been been here since October 2021 and for the most I really enjoying my stay here . Everything stay clean and neat. They are making the apartments look way better now and I think theyre going a nice job keep up the great work Hills At Greenbriar .

New resident in the community and it has been amazing. Quiet neighborhood, my apartment is AMAZING, kid-friendly. The staff is so professional and has great communication. Couldnt ask for anything more.

If I can give them a 0 I would they took my money and never called me to say anything about my application I had to keep calling them never spoke to the leasing agent alway the receptionist and she would put me on hold to asked the leasing woman questions I will be calling the better business Bureau on them tomorrow morning

I moved into my apartment Christmas Eve December 24th I completed the moving checklist they just started now in June to address the issues but now I have been 2 weeks without air conditioning my mother is in in home hospice care my husband is disabled it is 80 inside this apartment and there are no signs of them fixing the air
