I rented an apartment from June 2022 to May 2023. I always paid my rent on time. We gave proper notice to vacate. We paid all rent despite major water damage in the apartment which resulted in no hot water for a week, no ceiling for five months and no repairs made until the last few weeks before move out. We were told there would be a rent concession for having to live in a damaged (no fault of ours, their pipes broke in the building) and unhealthy apartment, but that never happened. I sent the notice to vacate and received an email confirming the end date. We received no notice of anything wrong after move-out. They stole the damage deposit with no required explanation why, which is legally required. I just noticed they placed a collection on my credit without ever sending me a letter why or a bill. Did they fraudulently sell this debt for no valid reason? Avoid this place! Completely unethical and dishonest!!!

The most courteous and caring staff ever, Markeetha is such a great, kind and caring person, she really went above and beyond to assist me in my Search, Everyone in the office is wonderful Christina, Toni and Erica were all so very kind and accommodating, I have already recommended Centennial place to multiple people and I thank them again.
