        I've been living in the community of Alexan on 8th for a year and is going to continue the wonderful experience I have here. The amenties are really nice and the views are great. When I was planning on a transfer for my new lease, Tory helped me through the whole process and kept having updates with me. I really appreciate how great the apartment is and the effort of the leasing office group.

        I did a virtual tour with Tsehai recently and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Tsehai was by far the best leasing representative I've ever toured with. She was very knowledgeable about the property and answered each of my questions . She was extremely pleasant to interact with and I greatly appreciated her willingness to tour multiple units for me while I am on my quest for the perfect floorplan.

        I have been a resident at Alexan for two years now and can with confidence and love for my apartment, give a 5-star review. I have lived in LA, NYC, and in other parts of Atlanta. My job takes me around to many different apartment buildings and condos, so I get to see what the city offers and how buildings are maintained. Alexan does a phenomenal job upholding the building standards and keeping the residents informed. The maintenance team is professional, kind, and works fast. The management team is very friendly and will work with you based on your needs. For example, during pipe-agenton when all pipes froze in the city, not ours. The maintenance team keeps water flowing with no leaks. When we have power outages or water turned off, it will be restored within the hour! The amenity floor is well-kept and clean. There are no roaches or build-up of trash. During the summer when people invite large groups over, they are met by the manager or courtesy officer to make sure all rules are adhered to. As for parking in Atlanta, we all know that break-ins happen. The gated resident deck works well with a secured gate. The open business level has had break-ins, but the building concierge, weekend security, and Midtown Blue work hard to deter that. If you are looking for a high-rise in the heart of midtown that is dog friendly, staff friendly, and a clean building, Alexan is it!
