This place is horrible. I was on the waiting list for a based on income apartment and received a call from the assistant property manager that scheduled me exactly 24 hours to come up there and turn in all the information required. No one I know that has been on based on income has ever had that happen to them. *Red flag* The day of I didnt have any checkstubs because I returned to work the following week as I explained to her. She told me that she could work with me once I got them so I reached out to her notifying her that I now have them, she acts as if she doesnt remember me or the conversation we had even with the time,date,and everything included. Which I knew was going to happen because the day of the appointment she was being rude and not really listening or being helpful. She could careless and just wanted to move to the next person. It showed.

Dont move here!!! The staff is extremely unprofessional. They close the leasing office randomly during regular business hours without notice. The office hardly ever answers the phone. the people here are loud and rude you hear everything. They randomly turned off the water in the entire building multiple times without a notice. Please find somewhere else to live. The biggest mistake of my life

Amazing Place for professionals. Great service and a lot of bang for a little buck in an up and coming location. The Manager assisted me with my application and was very helpful. I would recommend Columbia Park Citi. I love my neighbors, I'm so glad I was able to move from my old apartments. Maintenance has been very helpful each time I have called.
