The technician finally finished the request I had, that I initiated a month ago. The first time he came, he was prompt about it, but did not stay long enough to check the work to be sure that the toilet was actually finished. So it was still running, and I had to put in another request, and it was not until 2 weeks later that he came back. He replaced a different part this time, but it was still running, so I had to have him come back a third time. This time he replaced the correct part.

Maintenance request was not worked on. I did receive a note on my door. Nothing was done. Everything as it was when I submitted photos. I Still have mildew issue in bathroom in shower ceiling. I still have a small hole in ceiling over tv in living room where I still have cracks where the ceiling is now dipping from the last rain, with a stain. The ceiling fan area is still damp and cracked from the last rain with a stain. The area by window in living room still dark has a stain from the last rain. All the areas I submitted work orders for asap have not been worked on or fixed. Since last October. Nothing was painted or kilz applied. Can you please have maintenance fix the on going issue please. Its been 11 months of work orders submitted with leaks in ceiling and and same on going issues.
