Updated Nov. 2021- new management is just awful. I had an amazing experience here for a year until I moved into a different unit and new management took over. They don’t take any complaints seriously - I have reported a specific issue no less than 20 times and even told someone in the office about it and she laughed/told me to “keep reporting it”. Not sure what happened to maintenance team but they now take weeks to respond to semi-urgent matters and trash cans are always overflowing. I know hiring is a huge mess right now, but I would avoid this complex if you can. I love living here! The office and maintenance staff are always friendly and quick to address any questions or concerns. You can't beat the location, and the units are very nice and the grounds are well kept.

The facilities are deteriorating fast due to long neglected maintenance. The new management has to take care of a lot things ASAP. Update: The new management is doing good work so far.

Edit: After new management took over and the complex became "Willowest" things have unfortunately changed. Communication with management is non existent. Dog poop bags in my area of the complex have not been refilled in months, and there is an increased dog feces problem around the area. I call and email about this and have been ignored and there have been no returned calls whatsoever. I loved it here when it was The Point at Collier Hills, but sadly feel ignored by management and the area cleanliness is going downhill. We have increased issues with trash piling up, and the package area is constantly malfunctioning. Packages have been lost and stolen as of late. Wish things stayed how they were before! (Original Post)-Beautiful complex, with a lovely pool. Staff are friendly and helpful. I love living at the Pointe at Collier Hills! Great location that is close to breweries, restaurants, and Publix.

If I could leave a zero I would. The complex has changed companies and this is the worst renting experience I’ve ever had. The “secured mailroom” is chaos and two of my packages have been stolen. The pool area is disgusting and you can’t even swim because the pool is so dirty. The trash area is overflowing with garbage to the point of spilling into the parking area. I’ve requested maintenance twice all of which haven’t been attempted to fix the issue. (Toilet water won’t stop running and bathroom tub has has peeling paint) There is dog feces everywhere you walk. DO NOT RENT HERE
