        Customer service is poor! Perhaps if they worked on this area it wouldnt be so bad. Due to customer service we moved out in less than a week.

        Overpriced. Forced a 40% price increase with no justification. 10x5 unit now $120/month. Cheaper options all around.

        Bait and switch for sure. At first I said: Easy online acquisition of clean, secure storage unit. 24 hour access. Midgard is the most customer friendly storage facility I have ever utilized. After a few months with them I say: What a scam! So now they have more than DOUBLED the rent for my unit, and they have denied me 24 hour access unless I pay extra. How disappointing! Teased again by yet another storage facility. They are no better than Public Storage now
